An Australian market research agency running a large scale satisfaction and net promoter score tracker for a major Australian financial institution was looking for a way to (1) report customer evaluations of 700+ employees (2) provide a tool for the bank to benchmark, evaluate performance and improve employee training (3) streamline ongoing and regular reporting requirements.
P Software Australia teamed up with the research agency and the financial institution to design and develop an online reporting portal that was specifically built to deliver customer evaluation data to employees at different levels of the organisation. The solution was built from the ground up to incorporate a user access hierarchy (including different aggregations of data according to reporting lines), employee benchmarking and targets, custom metrics, charting, filtering, and the client brand style guide.
For the financial institution, the reporting portal provides a seamless and interactive way for any employee or manager to access, review and analyse the data for their brand, segment, state, region, district or portfolio of customers in one place, from any device. For the research agency, the portal provides efficiency in report generation and higher levels of research buy-in.
